Full/Part Time - Retail Sales Representative - Southdale at Legacy Toys

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for making a positive customer experience for customers of all ages that walk into a Legacy Toys store. The experience should be fun and repeatable, a customer coming into Legacy Toys should be able to expect an experience that can be repeated over and over again ensuring stability in the customers visit. Help to identify customers needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to have fun are a must. A desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. You must be available to work 3+ days a week (one of those being a weekend)

• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Engaging with all guests and finding opportunities to re-engage with them throughout their visit in an appropriate and entertaining way.
2. Help educate customers on our products, including demonstrations when possible
3. Continually improving product knowledge of our store
4. Listening to customers needs and helping to find a solution
5. Communicating concerns and needs of customers to management team
6. Communicating self needs or concerns to management team
7. Completing customer checkouts
8. Restocking and merchandising displays
9. Cleaning of the store, backroom, and bathroom
10. Ensuring that the sales floor is always clean and shop-able for customers
11. Completing tasks with enthusiasm, and positivity (both are contagious)
12. Making someone’s day a little brighter
