The Store Manager is responsible for making a positive experience for guests and team members that engage with the Legacy Toys brand as well as the overall profitability and management of their store. You are responsible for maintaining our training system with new and existing team members. Maintaining a friendly, clean, well stocked store, receiving purchase orders, transfers, and tracking special orders. You’re responsible for implementing company policies and goals as well as maintaining the staff schedule for their store; including filling in for an emergency.
You are responsible for providing regular updates to the Area Manager or C.O.O. about employee progress, concerns, and store needs. As well as organizing the hiring team, and process within their store. Our Store Managers monitor inventory, including organization of the back room and sales floor; as well as systematically sharing new product information with their sales team.
We are looking for a result driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
