The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience within their store. They are responsible for maintaining a friendly, clean, well stocked store, receiving purchase orders, transfers, online orders and tracking special orders. They’ll assist with the implementation of company policies and goals, as well as the staff schedule; including filling in for an emergency. They will provide training of Sales Associates and provide regular updates to the Manager about employee progress, concerns, and scheduling needs.
You must be available to work 3+ days a week (one of those is a weekend)
